Greeny provides natural, intentionally made clothing designed for everyday wear. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to follow the terms listed on this page. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Products
We aim to present all products as accurately as possible. Because materials are natural and lighting may vary, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur. All items are made with care and designed for long-term everyday use.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Once an order is placed, it begins processing shortly after and cannot always be changed. If an issue occurs with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We currently offer returns only for size exchanges. If your item does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If we have your requested size in stock, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we will send the new size once we receive the original item. If we do not have your size available, you may return the item for a full refund after the item is received and inspected. We do not accept returns for general refunds, worn items, or preference changes. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Product Care Responsibility
Our garments are made from natural fibers like merino wool. Proper care is important to maintain quality. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling. Care instructions are provided on the product page.
7. Limitation of Liability
Greeny is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages after delivery, or misuse of products. We do our best to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability at every step.
